some do but the problem is its only a few states that allow it.think across most of america its still illegal to play poker.just unlucky for you.mabie barak obama will fix things,i hear he plays poker.

Well, I think it`s the same here in Europe. At least in Germany it is illegal to participate in online poker, since all "Gambling" is illegal unless it is under the control of the state, as it is in casinos which need a license from the government to operate. Online Poker Sites do not have these licenses and are therefor illegal. I don`t thinnk it will be much different in the netherlands.
