I have never deposited on stars and a friend of mine is having some trouble so I would appreciate some help here : When he clicks to deposit through Skrill, after putting in all the info required a message of the sort appears : "The file isn't connected to any program" or something like that, and the deposit doesn't come through. Can any of you guys help? Thanks
when you sign up to Skrill you have to tick a box stating you will be using skrill for things such as gambling if you did not tick this box you will not be able to deposit.
Maybe this is the problem??????? I never have problems with skrill and pokerstars its ultra fast

I am not sure, Just was on my skrill acc but cant see were to change it, But i accepted it before sooo maybe that why i dont see it, Just send them a mail and ask them iff they can change it...

Does this have to be the same??? I have it but i can imagine a lot dont have.... Its the real name that is important i think??

Thanks all. My friend solved the problem by using other deposit method. However, in my opinion, the problem is within his pokerstars files, since he had trouble logging in about half an hour before he tries to deposit. Appreciate the help fellow mobsters. Hope you run good at the tables
What did it say when he try to log in<>..... I have two screens and sometimes when i log out and come back, Pokerstars is already runnning log out on youre other pc... Lol i only have a extra screen

You cant change the option if you have chosen not to be used for gambling purposes. You will have to close the account and open a new one, after contatcing suppor first of course explaining the reason for it. Also you will need a new email account. If thats the problem, which i doubt.
