Hello, I just won a 0.35 euro buy-in, 250 euro GTD, and i did not got the money.... And not the others who placed in 1st 5 places at least. What is this? They got the money ... but .... This is kinda strange. This might be just a fishy way to get peoples enter and loose all the money ? Because they make the buy-in, but not receiving the money? But i played another one few hours ago, 1 euro buy-in, with 50euro GTD, and got my price... 1.26 euro i think.

sorry man,looks like some thing happened,and lately poker minds is running like a ghost ship right now,I hope things changed,but it likely unlikely to get any better.

Have you contacted them via email about this yet? You have proof as well so it's not like you are lying or anything. Would be best to move to a better poker site if this does not get sorted or they mug you off.

They seem to have many problems regarding payments lately, but this might be a bug since the payments are automated, from what im aware off. Good thing you got screenshots, always helps with support. Send them an email and hope for an answer.

Yeah i send them 2 emails from their site via "Instant support", it seems that should be "very not instant support". I mean , instant support means , like i don't know the response should come winthin 5 mins max? and not hours or days.

i am playing there too bro i end up getting my money on tourneys just a bit delayed. but it goes through all the time. best thing to do is email them and send them the photos you got as proof! and pray alot that they would respond to it as soon as possible.

You should get money instantly after the turney reaches add - on phase, all winnings before add - on phase get payed after the turney ends. In your case something is wrong for sure, dont trust them anymore, seems like failed site.

naaah everything is coll, i emailed them and apparently PokerMinds have launched a new tournament format: "Win & Don't Receive"- pretty straightforward format, you enter the tourney pay the buy-in, rebuys, add-ons if there are any and once you finish in the money, you get a congratulatory email saying: "wow you are such a great tournament player- we recommend you having a go at pokerstars mtts".

hmm sad you guys are having problems that is why i am wary of new sits and takes some time before joining though this one is better never heard of that one, win and you don't even get your buy in back lol. So maybe see after one month if they still getting problem then i thin k it will be time for you to move on and go back to traditional sites though you will not receive bonus but more chance of making money and no hassles from them!
