I got this email today,last night I played $3000 frenzy,and I got disconnected several times during the game,I have been disconnected a lot there,recently like most of you,any way I was doin real well in the game,but kept getting disconnected, and this cause me to loose out to blinds and lose my position in the game. I made it to top 13 with only top 10 gettin paid,needless to say,if I had not been disconnected so many times and unable to log into to play,I real feel this cost me a pay out in the game,so I sent 888 an email this is what they sent back.

Email them back and say to them that is unacceptable and you could have finished on more money if it was not for the disconnections and see what they say.
Yeah, 888poker is a joke. 1.19$? It's better than 0 but its so close to 0 that it feels like a joke. I was doing well in Hallo-win freeroll also and I kept cashing every MTT I played that day so it pissed me off quite a bit...
I don't think I will ever deposit there again. I already had a bad feeling about this site, I reinstall for 1 tourney and cant even play it...

I only play freerolls on 888 until I win some money and can grind it. The only places I will deposit to now is Party Poker and I poker(ladbrokes and netbet). The rest I don't feel warrant me depositing my own money in.

Not a great response from 888 support staff and the sum of $1.19 seems a strange number to give you,was that the cost of the buy in returned or what they assume you may have lost out on if you had cashed? I cashed in the Hallo win tournament the other day but have yet to receive the ticket for the 20k hallo win final.

It's really really frustrating when this kind of disconnection happens and you get simply a prorate payout to share with everyone else. I agree you should respond and explain why it's not acceptable and see where you get! Good luck.

its a just a joke and since they d hope it was to my satisfaction I am going to email, back let them know its just not acceptable to me,I am so pissed off out,who knows I could of won the dam game.

Dont like pokerstars phisix? I used to play on party poker but cant handle the low traffic and waits for sngs to fill. Also the sceduled tourneys are few and far between

I like pokerstars,and is by far my preferred site too play,and I really like 888 for some stupid reason,maybe cause of freerolls and its easy to get and maintain ViP statues,or it could be that I have won more tournys on 888 then I have won on stars,I just dunno...lol
I sent 888 another email explaining my dissatisfaction with there compensation,its disappointing to say the least but expected,I really think that they don't care what a small fish like me has too say.or think,but its done with now so its over,I will still play there freerolls,cause there free and fun for me too play cause so many players get mad and tilt easy

i played 1 game on 888 the other day,kept getting discon and ended up closing it down and from now will not play there again,its getting bad but I've now deleted quite a few sites that wont see me as traffic.....i'm sticking to the big 3....

888 already sent u a warning about there maintenance u should be aware and put yur self to a risk in the first place. however if,888 has already fixed its software yur dissatisfaction complain might need more exact demand for no reason on the disconnection excuses.we have already incounter this problem so as 888 and we dont want this to happen 888 dont want to lose a player all we need is some litlle patience and cooperation thanks for every one having yur time.

maybe they left me out cause I never got that warning,and beside if they knew they were having this trouble,would it be not smart of them,and for the best interest of players just too have shut down completely,fixed every thing wrong with there servers,then go back online? instead of continuing too run and put everybody's money at risk including there own? instead they left every thing running continuing to have trouble,all they seemed to do is ruin there reputation,and lose players,with most of them saying they will not play there again.

Forget about 888. They are having these problems now since a long time ago and still have not solved them. Somehow I do believe they will never get rid of these technical difficulties. Avoid playing there if not necessary.
and fun for me too play cause so many players get mad and tilt easy
