I though i would start a thread up with Mob Members hard luck stories and a few print screens. I will start this off with a fold Q 7 and low and behold 3 Q's drop on the flop

It was a flop that was very hard to see with the one you had folded. However these kind of hands are ver hard to be profitable unlees you have someone that have a pocket pair and cant believe that the fourth quuen is in your hand.

Jeffaboy, when the blinds are small or i have massive amount i will call 99% of the time, if they raise or bet i fold ( except in freerolls ) It is very similar to the way Daniel Negreanu plays.

It was nice fold, you are not daniel negreanu or any other pro player, you have your own style of play... But to call with Q7 pre flop is stupid play becaouse in 90% of the time you will miss flop, but if you want to bleff like daniel then you call, but I doubt you are kind of player that bleff a lot... so its a good fold

Yer i am no way any good compared to Daniel or the others, but in a way i play simular. It is good it the earlie stages but i need to find a sytle for in the later stages. Just like when i just got knocked out of BankrollMob's freeroll at Full Till. I had highest flush all in. low and behold the river drops and is a 9 and he had pocket 9's and a pair of 3 in the centre. But that my life story of playing poker

you dont need 1 type of play, you need to adjust your play to other players, see how they play, and then think how you will play... I just finished 100 on bankroll, got rivered 15 min ago... I got J5 flop comes out 855, i check my opponent small raised, I called, turn was A he goes all in I call, he show A4 and river came out A :SSSS

I just tilted away a lot of my winnings due to being bored and stressed about work, serve me right to play when affected by negative emotions! You cannot do anything about those and you just have to ride the storm out and hope for better days! Have fun and hope you go back up and also hope you get a good win and we can have you posting here and bragging, always love a positive poker stories hehe. Peace out man!

Thankyou for that insight and yes that is what i think my biggest mistakes is, Emotions. I need to control a lot better. You have me thinking and yes like when i got beat by the river on other tables i went silly because i was very annoyed. I love playing late of a night due to the piece and quiet but on the negative side is when tied i do find myself playing very silly. As im in Australia and like now the time is 2:29am and i will still play for another few hours but that life i guess......
I hope you earn back what you lost when your in a better frame of mind champ and you mention about bragging, well i can tell you when i do win big or even win a round of the leaderboard i will be telling you,BankrollMob and the world lol Im happy to be in the top 200 leaderboard for Duckpoker And i know i will get better when people like yourself get me thinking and it teaches me to play a lot better.
