RichCasino are scammers?  0
I get no deposit bonus from them. I wagared as many times as they said and had 100 euros in my balance. Now they say if I wanna withdraw this money I need to deposit 25 euros. Okay I did that from my skrill account. Then my 25 euros was gone and they say that deposit only unlocks permission to withdraw and I can only withdraw 100 euros and those 25 euros I deposit is gone. I said neverming I'm ok with this rules as long as I get 100 euros. Then I did a withdrawal of those 100 euros hoping I will get it in 12 bussiness days as they said. After 72 hours they send me reply with "Please note that your withdrawal request has been declined due to the fact that since you did not provide us with your complete payment information, we cannot possibly process your request to your chosen payment option.". How they couldn't know it if I did deposit??? Okay so now I contacted live support they said that I need to send my skrill email to them. So I sended email and now I need to wait again 72 hours. Then they probably gonna ask for documents copies and after I send it I need to wait 72 gours again and it's neverending tale...Are they gonna pay me or they just scammers?

Blacklisted casino.
As I said in a thread some time ago, I don't understand why bankrollmob promotes scamming sites.

I sended all documents and required information to them still hoping to get withdrawal. I'm interested which excuse they gonna bring after 72 hours...

wow aren't scammers getting it on a plate or what:

1) they don't pay out any winnings
2) they get even extra money, cause they force you to "deposit so you can withdraw"
3) they get lots of confidential data- passport/id/some bank details etc.

life is great if you're a scammer Dollar

Casinos are like this they are happy when you deposit but when you try to withdraw they ask you all kind of documents and so on and make you lose patience and your money is basically lost, as it is a battle to get your money back and the winnings so stop gambling on casinos and join poker rooms, anyway mate think of it that you wasted your time and lost that 25 Euro deposit so bad luck for you, but hopefully you get it back though!

As long as they are asking you to verify yourself is nothing fishy going on. But in the minute they didnt added your initial deposit onto your account you needed to know its not going to end well. First, any site you are going to put money on must have a good enough reputation to even start to play there. Therefore first learn to do some detective work bout them (there are plenty rating sites out there and special forums where they collecting scammer database, so you could know the place you gonna put money into is legit or not).
And no, BRM is rellay not great at this, they are affiliating plenty bad-bad-bad online pokerandcasinos too.
Second theres a reason many of us only registered in the half dozen bigger online bet/poker etc. places... The rest isnt really worth your time cuz they just going to cause you endless nightmares with these things. The established ones at least pay you without probs.

Better than nothing of course, with a profit at the end.
I dont know if it was only a small delay, or you just got lucky and you were one of those
that getting paid from such sites.
The question here is, do you trust them for future play?

My thought is that they do pay at least some players in order for them to be able to tell others, in forums like this, that they did indeed get payed and that way they can lure in even more costumers and be able to scam the majority of them. So the 100 they had to pay, or rather 75 since you gave them 25, will easily be earned back within a couple of hours.

I'm not ganna play in the future I was playing just because I get free money. In online casinos you just gonna loose your money in the end like in the real casinos. Smile

Thank you for your information guys. That is really helpful. I feel like bitcoin casino can prevent us from this situation. We gambling with anonymity, so they will never ask us for our documents.

I have tried some bitcoin casino promotions at dreamland and i manage to withdraw without any difficulty.
