In some poker rooms like for instance Party & CD Poker you see some people sitting at the table and they have a smiley with a headset next to them. What does that mean ?

they just dont wanna listen to the crap at the table,fair enough to people are going psycho nowdays with the abuse.stops extra noise when chat comes up to.
