Make a Skrill account its free and later u pay 10EUR for their Mastercard and can withdraw on most of ATMs over the world its pokerplayers dream card imo, worth every cent of that 10 eur + your country wont be able to bug you with any kind of blockades or such
+ dont need any bank accounts, u can use paysafe to upload to skrill

its pretty fast once u order card u get it in a week, however cashing out can be done today already once u open your account.
P.S. U will need to verify your identity before withdrawing from ATMs and to unlock more than 3000 Eur Traffic a month but is possible to do so without sharing your bank account, its cool
I assume it's also possible to cash it out directly from Skrill to my actual account, right? If so, it's actually just the same as with PayPal, just with a card, lol

Yes u can link it directly to bank account.
I have got around 15.000 Eur debt on accounts and are blocked so this is heaven for me, country cant take even a cent and i can use it freely anywhere hehe, f**k them insurance companies...

yeah go for a new skrill account- and there's really no need for cashing out from your skrill account to your bank. just dump cash into your preferred poker platform and have fun. skrill is cheap and does a good job, just don't forget to make the account in the currency that you will do most transaction in, this way you will save on currency conversions.

I guess that if they state that there are only these three options to cash out, there are only these three options to cash out. But it can not be too difficult to use any of those. I mean for 50 dollars?

These are the only ways that exist so far. You will have to take your pick, with one of them. It is a matter of seconds creating an ewallet account. The verification takes a bit longer though. But the transfers there are fast.
