What are your favorites? I only know of a few and only 2 of them I like.
#1. Rounders #2. Lucky You. I own this movie, don't LOVE it but I still watch it from time to time since it has a feel of CASINOpoker. Not near as good as Rounders though imo

Posted by Tony_MON7ANA: Just watched a semi-documentary film "All In" on youtube and it is not so bad.
Lucky you. That is the title of the film. Not so good, some poker hands are quite stupid, never would play it like that, typical holywood plot, expected twist, but since there are not too many poker featured movies, woth spending hour or two to watch.

Hi, everybody.
You watch it from the point of view of poker but not from the point of view of the viewer. If according to the feature film it was possible to learn game in poker it would be somehow not so.

I've seen a really nice documentary or whatever you wanna call it on youtube. It's called "Two Months - Two Million". It's four guys renting a house in Vegas and they're trying to get a combined total profit of $2,000,000 in 2 months from playing online poker. Every week they tally up all of their winnings and the least profitable guy gets to do a penalty of some sort.
It's not all about poker but it's great entertainment I think!

I recently watched a documentary on Bloomberg TV channel called "The Player:Secrets of a Vegas Whale" about a professional gambler who recently took $15 million from the big US casinos. He was more into the table games but if you are interested in the life of this kind of person then it is very interesting and quite amazing at how easy he made it all happen. The video is on bloomberg.com or youtube. http://www.bloomberg.com/video/the-player-secrets-of-a-...

Hello guys,
I personally do not know many new poker movies. Only the old ones which came on television. Does anyone know a site where one can watch good poker movies? The best would be for free of course.

If it is about watching movies i wouldnt waste my time with one having a poker theme Dont get me wrong, I like poker but not watching movies about it, no matter who stars in it. Find it pretty boring to watch
