When your request is rejected due to the reason that you are "not tracked", it is usually because one of the following reasons:

Before requesting a no deposit bonus make sure you havent ever registered to the specific site. Even if you have registered and have played only fun games, it doesnt count. After that before the request, clear cookies, cache etc and then proceed.

Is ok guys i understand i never remember history in any of my browser that's why they have not worked for me.
To make people understand and help in the future i recommend to ask for enter a code and then wait into the proper client software. The factor of the cookies is an old method....

Duck will close your account and seize your winnings if they don't like you. The sleaziest, corrupted, racist, fraudulent online poker site (that happens to be regulated by notorious Kahnawake gaming commission) that'd be undoubtedly black listed all over the world. Hmmm, have started to play at Duck Poker when the leadeboard began. But stopped for some weeks now. Was thinking of playing the freerolls again, but reading the above comments it seems like its not worth my time.

Thank you for that information. I thougt about playing the Bankroll Mob freerolls on Duck Poker and would therefore have made an account there. But if you are right about the site I should better not do it.
