I do not know how it is with deposits on Pokerstars, but when I wanted to deposit some money on 888Poker I called the hotline and the told me that it depends highly on your deposit method. Some are very quick others not.

Yeah the only reasonable answer can be given by the support. If they say "sorry for the delay" then you will get it, don't wrrry about it.
