Former High-Stakes Pro Accused Of Fraud

A former Danish high-stakes poker player has been reported to the department of economical fraud in Denmark. The more you look into this story the more murkier it becomes,I did wonder how a poker player has the skills to break into a home, disable a home security system, plant a trojan and get out but then I read that he could have......." received help from a mystery partner within the Danish police force, who specialises in the creation of trojans to “spy on the computer activity of suspected criminals.”
Also it seems this activity could have been going on for up to a decade so it will be interesting to see how this story evolves.

Hey snippy.....I think it is quite easy to break into your own house but this top poker player has said he had cctv so I'm sure he also had a decent alarm/security system and probably had better than normal security on his laptop.
If she was your "ex" then surely your suspicions were not too hard to figure out and if you then broke into her house and put spyware on her computer then maybe.....just maybe.....she was not the ying to your yang!!Hopefully next time you will use marriage guidance instead of burglary and computer espionage.

Well that is the price to pay if you play poker and is well known and you making lots of money and living a baller life, you will always get some unscrupulous people always around and wanting to get your money by stealing or doing some bad s**t and they will not work hard like you did or like every player at the top to deserve the money and fame they win. Anyway peace out and nice article good luck!

It seems too complicated to be done for just one person. Unless he had access to that computer, for example, being a friend or well known from the victim. That could be one of the ways to explore the case. Never the less, this is another big stain in the image of poker players in general and that should be what worries us the most.
