I have asked for the PKR bankroll bonus and it is verifying do I need to download the PKR software before they can verify?

Yes, and it has to be tracked through bankrollmob link, or there is no bonus.

and when you requsted the bonus you have to put in your pkr user name or they don't know who requested the bonus.
