I think they are the biggest cheaters on poker market. I've never deposit single $, got just 25 $ from Bankrollmob similar firm to play, than won like a 550 $, played for 2 weeks 10 H. per day, than I wanted to cash out 200$ -they can't do that, I've to deposit some money - so I deposited 50 $ and one day later withdraw 250 $, everything OK. Next week was a begining of new promotion: if you play for 160 hours /netto playing time/ during next 30 days, you'll get 80 hours rake free play - actually you will pay it normal and get it few days later back at your account. I found it as a good deal for me /like 300-500 $/ after 80 hours, so I started to play like crazy ,6-12 hours per day. Every day when I started, I became message how many hours should I play more to get the bonus, on day 29 it was only 5,5 hrs left, so I was sure I'm in bonus next day. I swich on my computer at 8:00 AM and log on to Party Poker like every day, starting to play, I was playing 3 MTT without win but till last 100 player which is already min 2,5 hours per Tournament, than another Freeroll just to be sure I'll play enought to get my bonus and at the end of the day some Cash game for 60-90 min. Next day I got the message just after I logon on PP: " Unfortunately, you did not get to enjoy any commision-free hours. You cantry again simply clicking the Restart button bellow to start a new promotion period. " Thank you PARTY POKER and F..CK YOU very much. When I called them to Malasia or other s**t hole, they told me I didn't qualifiered - that's what the system told them. I wrote few emails, quite agressive and someone promissed to me to take care and check that system again. Few days later I became an email which killed me finaly, it said that after exact check they found ,I played for 159,78 hours during promotion time and that is the reson why I won't get any rake back What a crap. I won't comment it any more......

It does, they counted freerolls playing time at days before plus I didn't need that time to qualified, I already had expierience from past 29 days of play how much do I need to play. One more time - at the begining of that day it was only 5,5 hours to make - do you realy think I will be risking that I don't get that bonus by playing just exact time needed for it. That's why I'm so angry of them - I'm sure I made like 163 hours together. The only thing I don't understend is why do they did it ??? I have to add that the costumer service told me when I called them, they have no records that I'm taking part of this promotion at all, so it is evidence for me they don't know what's going on with they own software. I had to send them the screenshot of that stupid message, because they didn't belive me I've got it - it is another evidence, that the last email I got was created only as a excuse.

You're english is just fine. I've seen other pokerrooms do this to their players. You have to fight it and try to gather proof. Talk to their support, send them emails everyday. Tell them its a terrible software and terrible support and you just want your money. Show them you played well over 5.5 hours.
You can also try posting your story on other poker forums and try searching google to find others with similar problem.

Simple. They want to keep their money.
Usually it is not a good idea to bombard the customer support with aggressiv e-mails or phone talks. You rely on their help, so try to keep a friendly spirit, even if you are steaming. Those guys are not responsible for your problems. Try it friendly first.

If you sign to Full tilt and plan to play a lot there, make sure to have a good rakeback deal.
If you are trying to make use of bonus offers, stars is not the right room for you. They rarely have anything after the sign up bonus. And to take advantage of their FPPs you have to play a lot there. If you are planning to do some bonusses roam the networks. Ipoker, OnGame, Prima all have different skins with nice bonusses.
If you cash out at Party, do not left any money behind. They will start to charge a fee after 6 month of inactivity.

How should I make that deal ? Actually I'm at FullTilt thanks BankrollMob, cause I became start money from them... So please if someone can write me more about rake back at FullTilt - how to get it - it will be great. Thank You.

If you have allready an account at fulltilt you cant get rakeback anymore.
So you must go to another site where you dont have a real money account. Then search for internet for rakeback dels, there are lots. Then sign up there ect ect

You are very unlucky this happened but i can't be negative about party bacause i get free money alot and i only deposited twice or some.Although i think and that's the only thing, there are alot of trap hands on party.

Fuk it, doesn't matter. Who cares anyway ??? There are so many other PokerRooms in NET, the only loser will be Party Poker at the end, cause I won't generate any rake anymore

Yes true, if you have allready acount at full tilt you cant get rakeback offer, sorry.
