Why do it always have to be russians. Always when someone is winning something big you can bet that he is a russian. Also I am seeing so many russians at the tables. How many of them are playing Poker? 100 per cent?

Ok.. Let's ask ourselves. Does it matter the nationality of the winner of this first million spin and win winner? On the other hand, on the basis of probability, it could be argued that it was probably bound to be a Russian player....so let's rejoice that such a prize does exist and has been won!

Now this is a poker payout It´s a amazing prize something like this makes everyone feel good no matter where the prize went I´m only sorry that it didn´t come to me because with that amount of money I´LL swap my 40 years old wife for to new ones with 20

Figures a Russian would get it, however not a bad prize for 5 bucks. Just imagine playing that spin and go and see the 1 Million dollar come up! That would be insanely awesome.

Dam I wanted to be the first to say it. Typical that a Russian won it....although I am partly surprised it wasn't a German. Not surprised it wasn't a brit, lots play but few scores that we hear about..
geeze what a shock that a russian won it. Russians are nothing but dirty cheating donkeys. Joker stars pays all of them with dumb BS, just another typical bunch of crap from poker stars. I wish I knew the secret to how they cheat so much.

poker stars is probably not so secretly funded by us - people who put in the site more money than they take out. I think that gambling sites (and poker sites if like me you don't consider it as gambling because it's a skill game and not a luck game) are way too profitable to need to be secretly funded.
To all those who think that Russians win ALL THE TIME and EVERYTHING on Poker Stars. I am a member of the largest Russian poker forum as well. Believe it or not, users on that site are pretty sure that players from other countries win ALL THE TIME and EVERYTHING on Poker Stars but not Russians. In fact, they think that the sole purpose of Poker Stars existence is to ruin Russian players. And they complain about your countries in exactly the same manner as you about Russia: collusion, bad table manners, hatred toward other nations and so on...
Can't give you a link to the poker site, because it also offers NDBs and promotions but if you try you'll figure out.
As for the winning ratio - I think it is easy to check, if someone has enough time. Say, make a list of the last 50 Sunday Million tourney participants (or any other regular tourney). Calculate the total representation by countries. Then take a list of the winners of these tourneys by countries (or those who cashed). Divide one by another to get a winning ratio of each country. Even this small sample will show that Russia is probably not the most victorious country on Poker Stars.
In Russia it can be sorted out without hassle. If he doesn't make something stupid.
