Bankrollmob are usually pretty good with their paying out of prizes so maybe you should ask admin, if you haven't already, I am sure they will sort it out for you if there is a problem. ....and Demo,as usual,-you are crazy.
ime not worried about the petty prizes, ime more concerned with logging back in so I can play poker. Ime just upset that I loggin and play real money poker there everyday and the second I mention something free I get booted......

Hmm if you get disconnected and you did not win the prize then you did not , but if you find that the prize has been credited like by an email but not on the software then yeah they are wrong and they will need to give you the winnings, but you can ask support at netpoker either way and they would be able to help you, anyway good luck at the tables have fun playing and crush the tables and make the fish donate their money to you!

If you won the prize and you have accepted it (cause you had to choose of keeping it or not and the time frame was a small one, i think two hours), then if you still havent got it and you have problems connecting, send them an email. (try uninstall and then install again after you have cleared your pc from cookies, cache, etc.)

I only received points... some odd 1700 or so. With no VIP store to spend it at and nothing else you can do with it, its rather similar to a white elephant if you've ever had one of those.
That said I do like NetBet fol their freeroll festival there's always something to play and rebuild that bankroll. They rank 2nd next to winnerpoker (you just cant beat free cash), in my top list of favorites on iPoker. iPoker is by far my favorite network as well, software is dodgy but always fun and the many variations on the same theme is entertaining.

wen you win the prize the little box says that if the prize isn't credited it will be credited 4 weeks after the end of the calendar date. hard enough to make money at online poker with all the fraud out there...what I don't understand is why hold back my prizes and say I didn't register?

Posted by netbet: Hello Jason,
When did you apply for our Advent Calendar prizes? This promotion ended on the 25th of December.
In addition, the prizes were credited automatically, so you should have noticed instantly if you didn't receive them for some reason.
We assure you that no one is booted when asking for prizes. Our records show that you have logged in to your account without any problems these days.
The NetBet support have checked the system already, but they couldn't find any records of you applying for the Advent Calendar.
We have no reason not to credit the rewards, even the physical prizes have already been shipped to the lucky winners.
If you have further concerns, please get in touch with our support team.
We wish you a great poker year. See you at our tables!
Team Netbet

No big deal if they dont close your account. just uninstall the software from your computer and thats it. Also i dont think this is the place asking for an account to b closed. You should send an email to the site with your request.
I have sent emails, meassgaes and tried online support, its not like ive tried, I have also already uninstalled the software but now I want my account closed because they no longer have my permission to keep it open. they have no choice but to close it, and if it doesn't get closed ill get the gaming commission involved, they should have checked to see who I was first.....
------------ now NETBET is ignoring me..........lol

Besides contacting the commission you are saying you can wait for a couple of days, since you have already send the request via email. The last time netbet was online here was three days ago, so there s a chance that they still havent seen your posts.
