I prefer eating first specially with MTTs and freerolls, occasionally, I would eat while playing but only on freerolls.

When Im playing tournaments it's mad to not to eat if tournament takes 4h or even more, so definetly yes I eat when I play.

I used to smoke behing the PC, but since the walls have been painted I am not allowed to smoke in the house anymore for now only at the garage :S

I've been told that the body (brain) works best troughout the day, if you eat alot of small mails during the day instead of just one or two big meals, because in between the big meals, the body will not be that active.Edited by Administrator (28 January 2008 @ 21:00 GMT)

Crap, i've been eating only two big meals a day... maybe I should change that to win some poker .... then add some tuna (brain food) on my diet hehehe

I try to eat before playing because it helps me from tilting i find it works the less hungrier the better i play, sometimes when i am hungry when it starts i have to go at break make something quick than eat while playing in order to continue playing the best poker i can.
