Hey
I always feel so bad for a while after I fold a hand and it turned out to be the winning hand if I had played also when it is for instance 47 I always want to play the hand when I get it next time but I realy shoulden't, how do you guys handle this ??

You said it. Just think about it, that you shouldn't play a hand like this. When you throw away a hand and it appears that you could win, tell yourself that it was the best way to play.

Get over it, and move on to the next hand. If i have folded such junk in the small blind, there may be a moment if disappointment, but in the other positions i don't care.
Think of the countless times you have to dump this junk after the flop, and you feel better.

Yeah I gues you are all right about it, I noticed that it happens when I lost a few hands with big cards and when I get for instance 910 and fold it turns out to be the winning hand. But I changed my strategie a bit, playing less hands and only medium hands from late position if I can get in cheap, this way it looks like that from all the hands I play I win like 70% and the rest I leave after a bad flop

that hands only good if you on blind and nobody raises,crap, junk ,garbage ,whatever you wanna call them they aint worth playing,play hard ,play tight you be alright.

i usually break some wood over my head, do a flying karate kick through a tree trunk and do 100 backflips against the wall to relieve the pressure and dissapointment
