You said it. Just think about it, that you shouldn't play a hand like this. When you throw away a hand and it appears that you could win, tell yourself that it was the best way to play.

Get over it, and move on to the next hand. If i have folded such junk in the small blind, there may be a moment if disappointment, but in the other positions i don't care.

Think of the countless times you have to dump this junk after the flop, and you feel better.

Don`t bother yourself over junk cards.

I tell myself I'm too smart for them, I can get my money in better, I don't have to gamble with them. Than I write a lot of profane things in the chat box Agree

Yeah I gues you are all right about it, I noticed that it happens when I lost a few hands with big cards and when I get for instance 910 and fold it turns out to be the winning hand. But I changed my strategie a bit, playing less hands and only medium hands from late position if I can get in cheap, this way it looks like that from all the hands I play I win like 70% and the rest I leave after a bad flop

i usually break some wood over my head, do a flying karate kick through a tree trunk and do 100 backflips against the wall to relieve the pressure and dissapointment
