Have you checked to see if your country is eligible for Party poker. They ditched many countries some time ago, probably targeting on the ones they had more traffic. There might be a list with the allowed countries. Check this first before you call them
PP is goddamn useless if you are an old reg who try to coming back for them - I've got my login details back last year after a 10+ years hiatus of me not playing on their site meanwhile - they downgraded my account into playmoney acc and since they made hungarian players 'persona non grata' there I just can't do anything to upgrade into real money again. Seriously f**k them with a herd of angry Mustangs...

I think I read somewhere recently that Germany is just about the biggest market for PP, but due to uncertainty about upcoming regulations there, their stock price is falling. So they are definitely big in Germany at the moment.

After a period of about six years without playing wouldn't your account have been closed?I thought after a short while they took an inactive playing fee then eventually closed your account.

No, inactives don't get terminated - they are just park them and you need to send email for getting back your log-in privileges - fees cannot be payed out of $0 so if you made a withdraw before your hiatus you won't be in the red just for that...
And for whoever idiot mobbit downvoted me out of his neverending love for PP's support - eff U2.

Since marqis is saying that the german players are a big market for them, then it is not the case i was talking about. But dont do any moves before you come in touch with their support, like opening another account.

Then you will have to wait a little bit longer. I hope you are not after some offer that expires soon, cause im not seeing you getting it. from what i remember when we were allowed to play there, when you were becoming inactive after a period of six months you just couldnt play games. You had to make a new deposit in order to reactivate it and play again. Even freerolls.

Lol that's is very stupid from P.Poker I have a lot site's where I not play for a long time but by the most I've no problems to log in.I think I know why I not played on P.Poker for years
Im afraid i have to agree with most peoples comments above me, party poker is a nice client but the support is horrible. It will take you a good amount of time and effort to resolve your problem to get back to playing. My advice is screw them and use another client, that is unless you are really committed to play there. Hope you get back into your game asap and good luck

I dont know no how this room works because i dont play there, and i dont have account too, but like you said, almost rooms not put restrictions for get back after months or years, but like some people said, this room maybe is making changes, and in the normal period of respond by the support maybe get a litle more, and like some people said too, its much better go to another and go out that, this if you dont have a amount of money there, if not go out, if you have, you have to wait and see what they say, and do not open a new account there.
