hello my lovely friend raymond there is a button called " Attachments" in the bottom of your post next to " Report" you click it , new window will appear and ask you to add pictures , you upload your screenshot then it will appear

Of course there is a similar if not better way - you save your screenshot from paint in jpg - but you don't make an attachement from it rather put up to an online photoalbum/sharing site or whatnot and link to it with a BBCode so we can see it under your writings. Tinypic, photobucket etc. At least that's how I'm usually doing it here.
