No wonder at you playing by duck. The BRM forum is full of this sick site.I'm happy that I've no account there. But I wish you good luck when you contact the support. But I think you have a small chance that you get the money.Maybe you can contact the government in the land where the site is registered. Maybe it's time that BRM close this offer

Yeah this site seems really fishy from what I've read on these forums. Was thinking about making an account there and depositing but I'm very glad that I changed my mind and went to partypoker instead.
Try contacting the support and be as nice and friendly as you can - sometimes it pays off. I wish you good luck getting your money back, that's not a small bankroll you'd potentially lose there...

middle of tournaments. And now !!! I can't login with my account
NICE NICE
Bankroll over 300
Thank you Duck F..K
Did you deposit money to them? Or is it all money that you won with playing freerolls? If you won all the money by playing freerolls then they don't have information of you ,like bankaccount info and I.D information etc etc etc. Maybe you only need to send them this information. I hope that this is the problem

Too many complains regarding that site. Lets hope that all these players werent doing anything against the rules and had problems with the site. Cause at some point they must be right too. Yes they are struggling to stay in business but being at fault all the time, wont keep them on much longer.

Did they suspend your account while you were playing and in the middle of a tournament?Sounds strange if that was the case and all they wanted was an ID check. I know they have had issues concerning security but couldn't they do it when you first signed up or not allow players to play freerolls until you either deposit or confirm ID?

Lol that sucks why banned winning account is a wonder to me as the pro will always play and make the rake , therefore earning money for duckpoker and yeah they withdraw from time to time but you must have liquidity and not banned accounts just as you do not want to pay?Anyway bad from them and sad to see you on the receiving end of their incompetent lol . Anyway hope all will be ok and you will get back your money mate. Cheers later!

Five days aint that long. It worth waiting, then you will have access to your bankroll and since you will have done already the verification, if you request a cash out, it will be much faster. So dont give up

I had absolutely same. I played freerolls and won then did the rollovers as well. Then they asked for documents. I have sent them but they not accepted one because a bill was not on my own name. They have suspended my account and it is still suspended for 7 months now however I had contacted the licence gaver as well and Duck "support" now answer nothing for my mails. It is an absolute cheating site. I have made a 5USD deposit as well. They stole me more than 100 USD plus bonuses generated by my play.
