Well done on your win.I played a lot of these on Mybet poker which are both part of Ipoker and twice after winning the money did not go my account.Luckily I noticed and was able to send screenshots to admin.It took a couple of weeks but I did get the money in the end.Try and dig out the tournament game number and email support.

same as usual to other pokersites its just they renew names nothing so surprizing about that game ,but should i congratulate you for winning something unexpected well deserve ,take that for long time

Congratulations for your win. The only thing you can do is to contact their support and ask about your winnings. Always take screenshots of your finishing positions and results. They can be very helpful in cases of dispute like this one.

support is the key it is better to take a screen-shot of your win and remember the tournament ID so you can prove that you are the winner normally you will get your money Bet365 is pretty trust worthy good luck and hope you resolve the issue

I thought that the winnings was cash, but what you got is ok also Of course the best thing is that you got awarded your prize after all. Now all you have is to keep up the good play and turn this into real money. Good luck.
