I have been having a tough time in RL atm and have been missing in action, but Pokerfest is back on party and so am I!
I will be playing as many low buy-ins as possible and am currently on the satellites.
I started the year with $0 in Party (and $50 to be added if needed from BRM cashout to skrill).
I cashed in the first BRM FR of the year from $9.50 which gave me a nice start, and continued to grind that to around $36, eventually dropped about $6 back.
I have started playing the satellites, I cashed in two of first three to win tokens. I then went on a horrid run of bubbles and crashes in which I bust a fair bit.
Currently: Spent: $9.50 Tickets: $15 Cash: $2.81
Current BR: $25
I will keep this running as and when I play sats, and when pokerfest starts, I will need a lot more tokens to be able to play the festival with any decency.
I encourage anyone else playing to keep us updated here too!!
Good luck all
Ice
p.s Blog will follow, I haven't been in a place where I could write one for the past 3 months, but am hoping to be back posting weekly, hope I haven't been taken off the blog list for inactivity!

Hey Ice queen.....I saw you in a pokerfest satellite yesterday afternoon,I was on BWIN and at the time you were leading the tournament, not sure how you did but you had a good stack. Good luck and just remember that playing in the Sunday BRM game will only distract you from your pokerfest goals so best you leave that to amateurs like me.

haha cheers mate but I have been on a losing streak in the BRM games, very amateurish, I clearly need more practice
Not sure how I did in that one, I played quite a few yesterday to clear mission 1, so I am in the $1000 mission freeroll. It doesn't start till tomorrow but only 65 in so far, so lets hope not many more people get in it

You seemed to be doing well at the time. I think I have only cashed once in the last few weeks in the BRM game,it's not so easy to cash now but we are just past the bubble in the' game tonight and about 6th. 10 left now 5th.

I only made 7th,at that point most of us had similar chip stacks and all pretty cagey, had queens but unfortunately ran into aces. Though I did get quite lucky at one point being dealt kings 2 hands in a row after struggling for about 30 minutes.I think I will try some pokerfest sats today.

Well good luck mate hope you do well and can earn some good money , will always be fun to win some money especially when you are down and you do not have any money left and want to play, so a big win when you almost out is a great feeling but it should served as a warning sign that you doing something wrong if you keep getting your bankroll near zero, anyway good luck mate have fun at the tables and do make some money mate!

my bankroll?
nothing wrong with my bankroll, I make over $100 a month from freerolls/microstakes, keep all my BR on Skrill and withdraw from their often.
I have a current BR of $260 after withdrawing $800 for xmas and currently 'owe' my BR over $1000 which I have withdrawn to pay for stuff rather than use credit that includes interest

Bad luck IQA. Sounds like a decent tournament if only 115 started.Hardly been on PP lately but I'll look out for the next one. I just got email telling me I had a 5 Euro free to play the smiley faces cash games on BWIN so you may have one of those.
