For more than 10 days to block my account.I send a message every day and nooooooooooo REPLY. I send all required document and nothing, noooooooooo REPLY.I spend 4 months up my bankroll and duck suspend my account.

u can ask those proffesional english poster ,as they know much a lot ,and will gladly help you if u try.ill give u some little advice ,when replying to duckpoker only need it twice if they dont reply within 48 hrs the site is totally doom.additional of that try using other ip adress and make a new account then try to contact them if they reply it means they only accept deposit.hope this will work for you.
Lol you need a phone number so they can contact you by e-mail? How weird is that?
I was curious when you said they didn't answer you so like 7 days ago I sent them a mail(only one, not one everyday lol). I didn't get any answer. I cashed out of there twice and they have my personal information. I don't have any idea why they don't answer my mail as I have been polite and asked them a simple question.

lately i never had a problem before on duckpoker ,and i really dont know what is happening today ,still making a lot of changes on their term and condition also they promote a tourney which related to acr but its not really their own promotion ,big changes on duck still cannot figure what to do if i spent time or not .

I do not like this site but they answered my e-mail the next day and I am not an affiliate.So the thrut is somewhere in the middle,or in your location(maybe EU has a priority)Anyway,try to move on,is not worth it

If you havent done so, do as the suggestion above and send then your phone number with an email, so that they can call you back. The good thing is that they may be late but they are actually attending the problem after all.
