I gave up after 20 days. I dont understand why they dont answer my emails.
The only thing I going to do is write an formal complain to the Kahnawake gaming commission, suggest everyone who has problems there does it, so they will get an better support team or lose there license..

Cheers mate glad your account reopened but still i will be wary do not deposit too much there who knows what might happen again give it some time let the become a good business model and then you can join and deposit and reap the benefits rather than use them now and tilt and lose all your money, anyway hope you have fun and good luck at the tables make some money and cashout from there cheers peace out mate !

I understand that your account has been reopened. However correct me if i am wrong but your post let me believe that the money you won is coming from freerolls
If its the case you will have to make many points in order to be able to cash out from there. Its very nice to be able to play but if you cant cash out its like play money.

Posted by ooASoo: Pinotte when I want to make a withdrawal then i will make first a deposit but i'm watting firstly that my bankroll reach 5000
Ok but i just wonder if you have seen this rule.
5.3 All ‘Real Money Freeroll’ related withdrawals require players to earn 30 Player Points per $5 in Freeroll winnings. Until the Player Points requirements are met, players may make withdrawals equal to any real money deposits that have been made.

At the end all ended up well and you got your account back. pinotte is referring to the playthrough requirement for all the freeroll winnings in duck poker. One you should be aware of. I dont know if you were joking about the 5k and then cashing out or not, but i would never wait for my bankroll to reach that high, before requesting a cash out, in a site like this one
"TheMachineQc 2015-03-01 À : DuckPoker Support Hi,
I have reached over 600 points, I would like to know if I qualify for a withdrawal now?
Thank you"
How comes they didn't answer in 9 days? I have raked quite a bit on this site, why are they ignoring me? I have no other way to confirm if I have made enough...
I'm at 650 points now, I guess if they don't answer soon I'll just try to cashout and see if it works. lol

That`s a good idea. I made withdrawals from Duck`s, maybe 5 or 6 times and if they submit it was about 3 days, if not I made a reverse and play further... Waiting for the supports` answer is taking much longer...

As I sad, already, the support on this room is and their rules also, but I have a not bad bankroll there, so have no choise play or not... I won about 300 $ in freerolls and need many points to cash out them, so I decided just play with this money and try to win more. There`s another thing about this room, they don`t give you points when you play the new SNG and MTT from AC for example...
Well, I have made 104$ playing freerolls, that means 21*30 points = 630 + 30 for the BRM NDB = 660.
I just hit 663 points and made a withdrawal request. It should work. If it doesn't and they don't answer my mails though I can't do anything more... I'll just wait and see I guess.

Hello my friends There are to many people with problems with Diuck Poker so they will not see the colour of my money but and glad that the things turn on your way ooASoo
Hopefully they will let you cash out TheMachineQC LET US KNOW HOW IT WENT
We are pleased to inform you that your recent withdrawal request for the total amount of 222.00 USD has been processed.
Depending on the payment processor, it might take a few business days for the funds to be available in your account.
Good luck at the tables!
Regards,
DuckPoker.com Putting Players First"
Looks like the requirements were met! Finally Im gonna be able to play and not have to care about choosing games where I get points (their MTTs didnt give any since they partnered with AC and that's what I'm best at)
But They should really either answer players when they ask questions about it like they used to or add something inside the cashier where you can verify if your balance is frozen because of freeroll free roll winnings or not... They ask us for feedback then when we point out issues like this they ignore us. They really have a lot to learn about customer service.

Good result of you cash out request. You are making very good on this site and even if there customer services is very bad it would not be a good move for you to quit it.However IMO you should cash out more often and nt leaving much money there. Wish you continue your good run there.

Hmm, also have an account at Duck Poker, but only with a few $ from the last leadeboard. After reading everything regarding the cashout problems/requirements I guess its not worth the time to play there (with having a lot of other options/rooms to play).

ooASoo if you know the requirements and know that you need to make points to cash out, why you want make a first deposit, you can but you will need to make the points, make the deposit not alow you make a cash out, but for my experience in that room, if you have a small, like $100 or $150 dollars you make points enought maybe in 2 or 3 months and cash out then, if you have more money that you win in freerolls, you will get a long wait until you can make a cashout.
TheMachineQc nice job, now is put some of that money in a decent room and go further and win more, for what i saw you have reach the top-3 of the leaderboard on that room and after maybe 2 months have the points to cash out is a good thing.
