No unfortunately I did not play it this time. I thought about playing the 11 dollar deadline satellite with 1.000 tickets guaranteed, but when it started, there were already over 25.000 players registered. So I decided not to take part.

Taking 15hrs. to play a poker tournament takes a lot of nerves, coffee and skill it would be just to much for me. I played some for 3 to 5hrs and found that very difficult. I have never seen a seven players deal should be very rare and the one finishing 2nd win more than first.
Played the 33 qualifier after winning a ticket via 1 Sat affiliate promotion, A 10 with 7 big blinds shove hit 2 pair on the flop lost too QJ flush on the turn. A long 15 hour grind but well worth it if you crack the final table.

I totally agree with you, playing for 15 hours without a real break has to be really tough. I have played for that long myself, but it was not the same tournament all the time and not for this much money. Near the end my concentration was not very good any more.

You mean that when you are playing satellites for big tournaments and win a ticket (that should be step tickets then) you can change them into tournament dollars? I thought, that this would not be possible with step tickets.
