Id call. He lowerd his bet on turn so eather scared of flush or was trying to buy pot. Worse case scenario he flopped a set but id like to think with the flush draw out there he would have bet higher then 2bb to protect his set so chances are your ahead. Could have been trying to look weak and hit flush but i find many ppl if trying to trap would have checked instead of lowering bet. Eather way id call and hope for the best.

it all depends on your read and you had a perfect one
normal situation i would fold he could have slow played a set or a flush that trips 3 with no kicker is normally very weak against a push all-in on the river but then again that is why bluffs are part of this game he can't possibly do this with a king so your options are he is bluffing or got better hand than you ( flush , full-house , A3 )
