to cut a long story short,home game, $1/$2 no limit ,buyin whatever you want max $250.00, bought in $200.first hand nothing,no blind so fold,second hand AA sweet,raise to $10.was called by one player raise by another,mmm bit action,reraise again ,call,calll.flop AA10,you little rippa.play it cool,whaat do you do,check.check 2nd player,mr reraiser goes all in,sick,in the bag,i call,mate calls we all all in.me $ 200 2nd player $150 and mr reraiser,$200 aswell,excellent $550 pot.mr reaiser shows pocket 10s for full house,yeah sukka,and old mate just calling shows KQ straight draw,hahah sukkas thanks.i show my AAs,they spewing.turn comes 2 river comes j.who i the greatest.my mate who was dealing moves the chips over to mr caller,what the f...oi... my quad aces ,i win,sorry man quads dont beat a royal.hahaha wasnt looking , all i could see was quad aces.AcKcQcJc10c the pain aint so bad cauz least i lost to a royal,but still poker can punish you sometimes,and today i got punished.

Very nice, or not :} best iv had in a live game was, me losing to quads on flop, i hit set(all in), and hit on river for higher quads, we almost never played the hand out.

Now that's a Colddeck, sorry for you mate that's a sick beat, not too often you flop quads with AA's and lose. I sometimes stare my self blind when I got a really strong hand(online) and then at showdown I just see the money shipping the wrong way and im like wtf is going I got quads nothing beats it...well allmost. So I rush into the HH to see if it should be somekind of mistake....but sadly it's never a mistake just me blind with my quads

That is so sick. Too bad you werent playing in a badbeat jackpot, you would have won major money. When you get quad AAs and lose I think it is time to quit poker for a while.

quit poker,nah,was down who wouldnt be,but thats part of game,i thought about it like this,mr pocket 10s he was stuck,he had to go,he hit boat on flop,if that was me with my reraise i would have checked after i did with AA on the board,but my check sukkered him and he pushed all in,i call,but mr KQ of clubs now has a dillema cauz he knows he in trouble with board AA10 after our preraises,BUT,his only out is the jack clubs,for a royal flush.stuff the odds what would you have done.if it was me.CALL.its a glory call.a royal is what its all about,may have been a bad call in the eyes of many,but i thought it was a great call.good on him.VNH.next time it be other way round.
