the BRM clock is fixed to GMT. It doesn't change for daylight savings. So in the UK it's now 00:15 BST, (bst is British summer time) which means I have to wait an extra hour for my calendar doors to reset.
But it makes sense for BRM to keep GMT all year round. Cos it's an international site and not all countries change clocks at the same time, some don't change the clocks at all and of course our southern hemisphere friends have just put their clocks back for winter. So to make it easy and fair for everyone BRM keeps its clock going steady all year.

I noticed that too. As for British Summer Time, anyone in the UK today will be laughing as the good old British weather is more like a miserable November with gales and horrible rain. ......but at least we have an exciting election coming to cheer us all up.

That would be impossible for the reasons I stated above. Take for example Australia, they didn't change their clock at all on Sunday so putting the clock forward would lose them an hour for nothing. However, next sunday their clocks will be put back so they end up losing another hour.
So in Australia, all the poker tournaments will start two hours earlier than they usually do for the next half of the year. How is that fair?
