hello everybody ,im experiencing some freezing mob cash account which i cannot perform to purchase or withdraw points today and past 3 days. i thought it was just a bit of maintenance but it goes over again ,do i need to contact brm or should wait more delay ,thanks.

First you cant purchase points now if you want to withdraw you need 5,000 points and you have three options sktill,neteller and Party Poker. Then you will receive $50.00 in the one you choose and it takes max. one weeks to receive funds.

I'm not quite sure what your trying to do, but if your having problems cashing out mob points, maybe you should ask admin. or maybe it's just your computer giving you problems.

As pinotte says this is how it should be done, wait for 5k mob points the minimum cashout using party poker if you want as if you from Canada it is the only way, no idea for Philippines and other countries but still there are neteller and skrill, neteller take fee so use skrill which is free when you cashout, anyway good luck hope you make a lot of points and then cashout and then use it wisely on some good stuffs, cheers thanks!
