Just been playin sng 1 table is playing normall outher has 3 sit outs and a guy who goes in with crap (and was showing, this frustrated me more), managed to take him out, but then I get AA mid position make a pot raise, only caller SB with friggen K7s WTF, ofcouse he has to make 2 pair, now im going mad and starting to take it out on the good table, ok worked out but made a few daft raises that i didnt need too. So now down to 3 players on both tables, and im still frustrated, mad at how bad ppl are willing to play, and end up not thinking, we are all even but i make a daft move with 77 from BB (min raise) get called obviously, k98 comes and i push all in (im out took 3rd) my own fault frustration, then go and do the same on outher table with 22, take 3rd again.
So how do you all deal with being frustrated, i play turbo/speed so kinda hard just to walk away for too long. Ring is easy, just start a new table after calming. But what about tourns and SnGs?
BTW the post new thread aint working proper, had to try 3 times,

For fast action recovery, I play another SNG exactly the opposite of how I played the last one. For tilting purposes, I chose a lower buy-in just to get it out of my system. Another great frustation tilting escape is going to the lowest ring game possible and going all in everyhand. After you bust a couple of tight players and get called 1 million names, you are ready to go back to your calm self again.
Ok, honestly, best cool off technique is to just turn off the machine. Go about something that has nothing to do with poker, take a walk down the street, see all of those hard working people and realize how making money in poker is easy and profitable when you just keep your cool and play right.

Turns out all i needed was a cookie, works a treat. Its just the sit out get to me soo bad, next time it happens i will join them :} and start a new game, (keeping an eye out for AA etc)

I hate this statement because making money in online poker is like having teeth pulled without anestesia. I keep my cool despite all the ridiculous beats I take (speaking about my play anyways) and I play 'RIGHT' all the time. What do I get for it?
I get my As stomped by rags every time I play them. I get flushed out when I hit straights. I get back doored by every conceivable draw. I lose to lower pockets. And the absolute most frustrating part is when I need to hit these sames cards what do I get? ABSOLUTELY JACK.

I feel your frustration I always start playing right in tournament & sit&go's only playing good hands from good positions, and when somebody beats my monsterhand with 72 I also start to make stupid moves and end up beeing out of the tourney

what poker is all about learning to controll evrything so you can consistently win.poker is a game of suckouts,we can increase the stats for winning a hand thru playing tight,but it dont matter if you get called and lose,just the way it is.

Predobar, does it show, lol, but not tilting just frustrated :}, but I do like thefodz`s idea of going to low limits and let it all out lol. Couldent just walk away or id just lose so had to play on, but next time I wont i will sit out and start anouther game, leave the donks and sit out to it.

If you are steaming, go to the playmoneytables and unleash the maniac in you. Play a stile that lets Ziigmund apear like a total nit. Maybe you can crush jazzyboy in the process.

LOL, im not good enough to play with play chips, I tend to not re-raise with 89s in early position, hope i can learn how to do that. But i do still have mills on UB so could always go and spoil a high limit game there, no doubt id leave with more.
Hands flow better if you're busy having fun with tv
