I've seen these posts about mob points freezing, but still don't understand what problem you are having. maybe if you have someone in your home that speaks better english, you can have them explain what problem you are having. then someone might be able to help you out.

Hmm it might that you are from a country where you cannot receive points, so you cant, anyway you should check sites terms first and all to see if you can participate in the promotion and all sometimes like poker site will not allow you to register and all, anyway good luck at the tables if you are playing mate, anyway good luck at the mob games and hope you can cashout your points, cheers out for the day and have a nice day mate!

I am with crash and find it difficult to understand what the exact problem is.You really need to post directly to admin and ask for some help.Open a new thread with the title ADMIN....HELP PLEASE or similar. Admin are usually on top of the forum threads and I am surprised that if there was an issue that no one has offered to help.Maybe they cannot see what the problem is either. Good luck Super T...

Hi mate.
For what i see in the title 6 months, is really long time without reciving points, and don't have any answer about that, and because if I'm not mistaken this is not the first thread here about this topic, i'm right?
So di like Klash23 said above open a thread with tilte of ADMIN, or HELP PLEASE ADMIN, things like that and you will see a answer in minutes about your issue.
Enjoy sun and keep positive, the future is brighter.

All in all was a browser problem? When you get such problems with a site, any site, the first thing you need to do, is to try all available browsers. Saves you lots of time and frustration. Usually the problem is in the browser. I get such problems a lot every time chrome is updating. I am mostly using firefox lately though.
