I was really looking forward to depositing and playing the freerolll on action poker untill i tried doing so and found out that using a solo card is not possible!! Oh well

Hi Shaun, i have a little problem. I deposited 50$ and got the 100% bonus (and the gold bars). I earned more than 700pop's but my bonus meter indicates 170 pops. I wasn't able to reach 1400pops before my no deposit bonus ended so when i contacted live support they told me i started earning pops for the deposit bonus after the other one expired. I can understand that but my time to clear the deposit bonus started counting form the moment i made the deposit?? That doesn't seem right at all?!

Yes i made 195pops after my other bonus expired on 12 september but the time i have for clearing my current bonus started running on the day i made the deposit (5sept i think). So im trying to point out that your bonus system is a bit odd. I can start clearing my deposit bonus after 12sept but the time to clear it starts running on 5sept?

Both of the $50 start at the same time, the whole idea is clear both bonuses with 30 days of getting the bank roll.

Yes the initial 2 bonusses of 50$ each have to be cleared in 30 days, i understand that. But i am talking about my deposit bonus. I deposited the 5th of september and my 30 days to clear is started counting from that day but i could only start earning points to clear this deposit bonus after the second part of the initial 100$ bonus expired on 12sept. My experience with other sites is that your time to clear a bonus starts to count when you can start to collect the points for that bonus.

I have just restarted your bonus as from today and i have included the 220.6 pop you have made.
