a friend donated me 3days ago 5 bucks on full tilt, started off with a 2$ sitngo that I won, after that all I did was play heads up for half my stack, worked just fine, had 350$ after 6hs of play, but then I lost 2 heads up, both 160$ buy in (undeserved though) and that ruined my run.
Now
do you think it is possible to go from 5$ to 5000$ in 12h? now that I've explained to you that I won 350 in 6h starting of from 5 you might even think it is possible ( with a lot of luck offcourse )
my strategy was pure simple, don't get involved in hands you are not sure of, stay focused all the way and put pressure on yourself<===really helps haha
so do you guys think my crazy plan could actually work I think it could, with a lot of luck and focus it might could

5 bucks to 5000 bucks. This is a lousy 1000 times your starting balance.
You really need to get lucky on this one. One wrong decision or bad river card and you are done, 'cause you cant even try to follow a half way decent bankrollmanagement.

I will try to accomplish this on thursday, starting at 22,00h west european time, I've menaged once to play 20h nonstop so the tiredness or what so ever should not be a problem, just hoping my start will be good and I can built it up like I have planned but... it stays poker, you never know, it could work easily or it could fail in the early stage

Think its a bit too much and will put you under to much pressure, if you had $50 then you have a chance, or 5 to 500, but this seams a little far, i see from outher threads that you done well but then chuck it all away, i think this might happen again if you dont set some rules. How do you plan to start and when will you move up limits, what games nl limit, 6 man 10 heads up etc. I wish you all the best, yes its possable, yes you can do it so GOOD LUCK (for me i think the hard part is getting from the 5 to 100, after that i think it might go well)

I've already set the rules
First one will be a $2 sitngo 6 or 9 players, if I don't finish in the money I will still have a second chance, after that it's quite simple, I will always play heads up for half my stack, no limit holdem and pot limit omaha h/l, so that means I can lose one but then I need to win the other one or I am dead, that is the big risk
not if but WHEN I succeed in this queste I will arrange a 1000$ freeroll with the admins for all brm members to celebrate this amazing run...
The problem with building the bankroll that fast is what You have already experienced. If You raise the limits You play at that fast You are going to be broke after just 2 unlucky hands.
Why don`t You stay at the $10 or $20 SnG and build up a little slower. You can surely make 5000 in 12 hours but You might as well loose them again in 4 minutes with Your style of playing.
I would rather take a month to make 5000 but survive downswings when they happen.

You are almost never sure about a hand. I mean how often do You flop the nuts??? Poker is a game of skill and luck. You will often be outdrawed by someone with a weaker start hand and You will loose some against lucky rivers.... That`s why bankrollmanagement is SOOOOOO important.
You should not have played for half Your stack. Use 5% of Your stack and YOu can ssurvive some bad beats and still have money to play with afterwards.

Sure, just need to play a $5 tourney that pays $5000 or more to the first place I mean how often do You flop the nuts??? Even flopping the nuts, if you go allin on most of your bankroll, you can broke anyway, by bad luck, losing to a three of a kind or flush

i think ypu can make it,gho for it if you make it i adopt your style.mabie.think mabie playiing half of what you are so you have double the chance if you muck up.
