I am a bit furious as it stands. I will start from the beginning so as to not have anyone think I am being selective.
Party have a ukfacebook page which I have been made a member of. I got into a bit of an argument with the party poker rep there, in public, when I said a mtt there were hosting wasn't 'free'. I never once insulted anyone even when both other members and the party rep started being both abusive and insulting. I was banned. On complaining to party, they said I hadn't been kicked from the (private) group. They also said they have nothing to do with it and couldn't act. They also said I should apply again and they would reinstate me.
Last night I made a post that said...
'Can anyone from party comment on the fact that WPT poker (owned by party/bwin) have stated they are closing in a few days and have put the prices up in the store to scam players?'
Or something very similar.
It was left pending for a while and not posted and now I have been banned from the group totally.
Not sure what to say here 'cuz I might not see the thing itself thoroughly enough but I just want to say that there is a good reason why I think party/bwin is an utterly spineless gambling establishment and little to no trust left in me towards them.

To ban you when you are just asking a question is both cowardly and dictatorial but that is how big business seems to operate these days.......until they go too far. Look at Thomas Cook and that shows what the Execs think of the single customer.As soon as you say anything they don't like they treat you like garbage.If you can get the text where the rep insults you then put it on Twitter,maybe you will get a response.

sorry to hear that kind of situation of yours queen.but i need to stand on the center until any further investigation will occur.anyway if they allow u a second chance to prove whats it was all human emotion why not try 2nd chance .as party poker also commits error on there side and we easy understood it.
Go play to an other room, and go post on another forum. Problem solved.
Other companies will be happy to have you as a loyal customer.
There isn't much point in even talking to them if they can't take some constructive criticism from their customers without feeling insulted or attacked...

That is why i hate party poker there software has always being s**t and now their support is showing their incompetence it is like the whole staff and workers are newbies and do not know what to do and just banned and do nothing for the customers, anyway sorry for the bad experience with them i do not wish it to any one else, that is why i have already left that room and always post negative reviews on them when i got the chance !

The silly thing is, I only posted a question that is being discussed in detail on a forum that adds up to 4. It isn't like its something they can keep secret

While I whole heatedly agree with human rights and the overarching right of free speech, one has to appreciate that there is a time and a place for it, especially when big corporations are involved, unless of course one Is happy to give it a go! Good luck.
