I am referring to the post of The machineQC where it is mentionned that Party Poker would not accept cash out from BRM because of Canadian Laws and i would appreciate a clarification of this matter.

Hmm, I used this Partypoker account to cashout a while ago and it used to work. The Account was still saved on BRM so I couldn't have entered the wrong account name, and the account itself still works on party-poker. So is it really because of Canada's gambling laws have changed? (have they?)

I dont see anything in machine's post indicating that you cant cash out to Party Poker. If you still have it as an option in your BRM page you can try it. You have nothing to lose. If things have changed, the transaction wont go through. Something that would have been a bad thing for all canadians here in BRM

It is very strange what happened to you, surely it must be a temporary system problem since there is no restriction on withdrawals from BankrollMob PartyPoker for Canadians Could you fix it, and you have the money in your account? I hope you are enjoying your retirement, I hope to mine in the coming days, just 200 points left for me to achieve

Go away from party poker but i think they are right though on this matter as you are from Canada and they are seeing that a lot of people are cashing out via them and they do not want to be used as a money bait , anyway hope you can find a way to cashout as i know e wallet cannot be used in Canada now, maybe move to another country lol, anyway peace out again have fun at the tables and make a lot of money mate, cheers peace out!

u really need to type exact documents to perform withdrawal.my last withdrawal was sucessfull it took 8 days to appear on party poker .also on netteller .but inyour case u need to send additional option method for withdrawak.your country seems wont allow to transfer well some option will ..
