4,40 dollars in weekly round two  0
Today I managed to win 4,40 dollars in the weekly round two on Ppokerstrs playing 5 card Omaha. I finished somewhere around place 55 and had to play four and a half hours for my money, but omaha is a lot of fun and so it was worth it.

That omaha game must be petty much a lotto one. Already there are too many combinations,
with the normal one. So i guess the luck was on your side Smile finishing in a good place. Pretty long
game for a freeroll. I wonder how many thousands were playing.

There were 7 - 8.000 players starting the tournament and only 732 were in the money starting with 1,10 dollars. You are right it is very long (especially considering that it was played 6 max), because the blinds only increased every 10 minutes or so.

Well at least you had fun and that's the most important things when playing cards. Good results come and go but if in those 4 hours you were enjoying yourself , the reward afterwards comes into 2nd place imo.

Most times you wont even win that from a freeroll so overall its not bad at all ( even if you had no fun lol) and next omaha tournament you play it can also be a "freeroll" using those $4.40 u got Blink

Best of luck!

well done
this tournament is a good freeroll but to get real money you have to reach the top 5
but your result was good , and since you had fun , you won't consider the four hours lost time
5 card Omaha is an interesting game , full-house can be folded
only great hands would in the pot
but also this means a lot of players would just call hoping for a miracle
anyway good luck to you

Thats it mate, if you do not play poker to earn your living you need to have some fun playing. And this was a 5 card omaha game which is always and automatically way more fun and action than playing the old no limit holdem.
