Hi all, I'm Rob and I am from Canada, pleasure to meet you all. I play both of the big poker sites as well I have dabbled at p k r. Before I go on to say why I feel you have a better chance at a decent game of poker on full tilt over poker stars, I will add that the most I have won in a single free roll was actually at poker s tars and won over three hundred. Funny thing is I had to transfer the funds to full tilt and have them send me a cheque because poker stars won't send cheques for less than a grand. That being said, I have a much better average of wins and money won overall on free rolls on full tilt amongst many games played, thare are way less donkeys due to the fact that less people play there, weeding out the bad beats and just downright stupid bingo playing poker players going all in with nothing and ruining your game. I thought I'd see what you all think because obviously more play at p Poker stars and they have better animation and software. When it comes down to finding a better chance of winning based on skill I don't think in my personal opinion its poker stars
I wanted a paper cheque and got it pretty fast too from FT but good to know Crash thanks buddy Oh and if any of you play the free rolls if you don't mind staying right where you are in winnings for a few days that would be superb because my second place finish this evening should squeeze me into the top thirty Cheers

Yeah, but do you go outside of those comfortable freerolls or just keep playing them forever? 'cuz it's not the same compared with real money touries and the thing you mentioned above about how other people ruining your play is really not making sense to me in that context. In real money situations those donks who you loathe will pay for your dinner, you know.
I play real money games allot too Bowie but I just seem to find better luck at FT and mostly play ring games but also some tournaments as well. I currently have a decent bankroll on both plus I have cashed out a little over a thousand in less than a year. I play both sites and I find that the cards seem to be better to me at FT bowie1984. I was only discussing free rolls and wanted to see what everyones opinion was on the topic in where they prefer to play. I see your point but honestly I have seen stars feed those donks the rivers too many times. I loathe the donks lol thats putting it nicely bro and when I say they ruin my game it doesn't mean I still don't do well overall. I guess I was just wondering where people prefer to play and went on a little rant haha Have a great weekend
Okay, then smaller sites fair better when it comes to freerolls - many of us likes PKR or 888 etc. The big two has way too many customers already to be bothered with organizing free games wih decent prizepools. Just my two cents. Though the poker school ones aren't that bad nowadays, they have a [new] series of some sort - a buyin is only a school pass.

I don't play at either sites at the moment but I always preferred Full Tilt personally.I have some software problems with pokerstars on my laptop so haven't been there for a while but if you are making profits at both sites I would just carry on with what you are doing until a clear favourite becomes apparent. If you are making money on a regular basis then maybe start concentrating on some of the lower buy in tourneys,less idiotic play but still enough idiots to make money from.

Hi mate given the choice between pokerstars and full tilt my choice will go for the poker stars site, they have better traffic and all and a good learning place, i myself started on pokerstars and have not regretted it since and i used full tilt later in my poker career but in the end they are managed by the same entity so you can play on both like when you finished with bonus on full tilt go to the other one, though FT has less traffic for SNG!

If you are talking about BRM freerolls for sure that Full Tilt is a better choice not because they have less donkeys but less players which almost come back to less donks lol. There is a big difference playing against over 3K players on stars against 1.5K on Tilt. However if you want to play SNG then stars is the best with the number of players compare to tilt where SNG his almost nil. I like both but since the inclusion of sports betting at PS, I believe they are the better platform. For me they both offer good sitngos, Mtts and cash games only difference is if you want to win more cash then choose PS as they have greater PP because of more players there.

I personal almost never play at Full tilt but I do play on Poker Stars a lot. I just do not much like the look of the Full tilt software. I also play on Party poker a lot these days. wishing you all the best be cool

i liked ft before black friday way more than i do now. not saying that i don't like it now, but the amount of dudes playing has dropped significantly and if you want to play anything else than the usual nl holdem, pl omaha you have to wait for ages and 15 mins more... other than that i believe that best site is where you make the most money. period.
