I am out 500 t0 600 bucks this year after a wonderful start at the beginning of January. I feel as if things are getting worse, I am playing TAG style and always seen to be getting out drawn come the river. I have taken days off at a time to take a break but nothing seems to be working. I am not over betting just playing like I normally do

Answer to tilt is always the same... Take some time off, rethink all, and when you rest come back and do your best game Hope you will be back and make preaty big profit very fast, and also I hope you will solve your tilting problem preaty fast

StheP is correct, when your tilting you need to take some time off your game and relax. Think about what is causing you to tilt and how you can get your mind back into the game. Then when you come back, start with some lower buyin's untill you feel you have your game back. good luck.

It's not a great place to be when money is haemorrhaging from your bankroll. Remove the tilt by taking a break, then coming back and exercising extreme bankroll management.... Don't try to recoup your losses, but start trying to win again, and yoru game will come good. Be patient and don't push it!

Feel ur pain buddy im down probably 500$ in the last two months lol. I know what im doin wrong tho lol 3-15$ spins will break u quick. I lost about 12 15$ spins in a row one day it was unbelievable gettin it in good alot and sucked out on alot but dats poker folks. Someday ill learn...maybe

you lost 500$ in 2 months... O.o you r insaine!!!! It would be better that those 500$ that you lost used as a tickets to SM... maybe you would win something... but on spins... its a huge waste of money... you cannot be profitable from those spins in long run...

That is like 100 dollars per month. You need to take a good break from the game. Either dont mess at all with poker in the meantime, or review your history and see if you could have played differently. Changing platforms either now, or after the break can be proved helpful too. Better lick in the future.

Meh could be a lil more a lil less i get bored easily lol. Ill play some mtsngs for an hour n get bored and hit the spins. Been kinda bored of poker lately the spins are a gamble that i like. Ill keep playing to stay occupied on my down time. I play for fun not money if i ever hitter big ill cash some out but til then i just do what i do.

dunno if anyone has offered this but taking a break is one option.
however if you're man enough do what i do- grab a bottle of vodka and go hunting after your money, it only takes a couple of double ups in stakes and your losses are recouped, or more likely you can head back to playing freerolls.
If you are playing cash games, make sure to notice who is at your table. It might be that some players have noticed your leaks before you have, and are targeting you. It's not personal, it's how they make money. You should find tables that favor your playing style, and have the weakest players to take advantage of. Also if some type of play/player is constantly costing you money, try to understand what it is what they are doing, and devise a strategy against that. For example if your fold BB to steal percentage is 80%, the button is going to steal with any 2 cards. You should notice that, and start 3-betting more.
