I have decided to once again take a go at a poker challenge.
I was wondering just what you all think I should start with this time around.
So I have chosen to write this and open a poll to find out.
Do you think I should start with a smaller bankroll this time and give myself a possible rebuy if needed or do you think I should just go for it with the entire bankroll right from the beginning.

Hope you will end up luckier than the Challenger Space Shuttle. Thumbs Up
I am rooting for you.

G'day bowie

I hope so to amigo.
I do not think I would enjoy taking off and then just bursting into flames before crashing all around.
I want to take my bankroll off and rise it higher and higher.

I have even thought of a name for my new challenge Smile

wishing you all the best

It looks like a well planned challenge, it is doable but will need to be very patient and have feet well on earth. have you put yourself a deadline for it?

G'day mate

I am going to do my cash out today of mob points.
I am going to try to complete the challenge within two years.
So it starts today and will run until reach my goal or I loss my entire bankroll.
The actual game play will begin once the money reaches my poker account.
I will be starting a new blog thread with my new official name for the challenge.

Not sure I will be here in two years time, but I'll definitely still be here in the next two weeks: go go go go go!
Would be fine if you start blogging (again) about this.

Gl on this one ronin I would only deposit what you get from bankrollmob
Then it's even better building that bankroll on free cash I will be
Following this to see how you run on the deposit
I would take pokerstars any day over partypoker but that's your choice
Good luck mate

G'day wolfydan

I agree with you sir that running on PokerStars would be a better place to run this challenge.
However I can not to a cashout from BRM to Stars only to PartyPoker.
So I will begin the challenge there and perhaps later transfer over to Stars.

G'day mate

No as of yet I have not received the cash out into my Party poker account.
I will begin the official challenge once those funds have arrived into my account.
The cash out was for $75 US.
I will be opening a new blog about this challenge on the dat I begin playing it on Party.

i would like to see how much a good player can turn a $10-$20 start of roll in to in like a month.
i have never started small and make money dally. The only time i have cashed out is a lucky win in a free-roll or a win on slots or roulette.
whatever you decide to do i am sure you wil do well Smile

well the outlined plan looks cool and achievable with proper skill level and time/effort invested. it's not like you're aiming to win the million from those $75 and do that by playing $0.01/0.02 nl tables only.
will be an interesting challenge to follow once if lifts off. wish you best of luck, you can do it Ronin!

G'day pochui

Thank you amigo for the kind words or support and encouragement.
I wanted to make the challenge both substantial and doable.
I think making $5000 in two years is very possible.
hope your day is going well.
wishing you all the best

if you start with 75$ I sugest that you start with 4 tables NL2, till you reach little above 100$, than you can try NL5 same 4 tables, and if that is going ok, and you reach 200$ than go to NL10 same 4 tables... stick to NL10 little until you feel comfortable to jump to NL18 or NL25 Blink

G'day mate

I will most likely start with NL5.

The starting bankroll of $75 will give me 15 buyin's at this level and I will remain at this level until I reach $150.
I will then think about taking a shoot at moving up to NL10.
If however my initial bankroll falls to under $60 then I will drop down to NL2 and remain there until I rebuild my bankroll bake up to at least $80 US.
I will then move back up to NL5.

will you play single table or you will play multi tables?

G'day mate

Well I will most like play 2 tables at first since I have not really been playing much for a long time now, but once I get back into move groove I will move up to 4 tables.
I always found 4 tables to be very enjoyable and even relaxing to play.
Gone are my 20 tables at once days!
I always found playing more then 12 tables to be to damned annoying.
I just did not like the frantic pace.
Hmm. I was also very comfortable playing playing 8 tables before.
Nope I think I will must enjoy playing fewer tables.
I also think playing fewer tables will be easier on the head overall which will allow me to play longer and more profitably.

Hope this answered your question amigo
wishing you all the best

I am playing too in last time with 4 tables, and it is as you say the best... less than 4 is boring, and more than 4-8 tables, like 8+ tables can be realy annoying as you said... good luck on your challange, I will make my own in week from now (16th have final exam for summer) so after that Blink
