From time to time such problems happen to all. If they are not something that keeps happening like in Party Poker, then its ok i guess. I want to see if the takeover takes place what would be the result in this section. Either they should choose a new platform or keep the least buggy, which is not Party Pokers of course

I played some SNG on 888 and suffered disconnections very often and once i was in the hand wit A Q and got disconnnected so dont know the result and maybe i would have make good. I wrote customer services with a screen cap. of the hand and ask them for compensation. To my surprise the next day i had a mail from them telling me they were sorry and they deposited $5.00 in my account. I have never seen somethink like that. A very big plus for them.

I have had the same for the last few days as well,in one game it was paused 3 times in the space of an hour or so but it did resume.After the recent updates it was happening a lot and I received a ticket to a special freeroll and came about 18th for a few dollars.

Sorry about what happen to you it´s always annoying to be block ,to be put on hold or be disconnected but that online poker the way they solve this issues his the main thing
So far it seems they solve the problem in a good way for the player what was the solution to you Crash58?

Yeah, i saw it sometimes in the last days, that they have problems with the software and tourney pause for 10 minutes. But the tourney will be continued after this break and than they haven´t another problems. But yesterday the same was happened.
This has been going on for a week now 2 months sometimes and no problems at all very smooth no issues with the money grab promotion gets annoying in the middle of a cash game hand decent pot and disconnection the player who doesn't get disconnected steals the pot

its going to be normal process everyday,technical dificulties if happens repeatedly then what will happen to 888poker.but infact of all issue they returning some big free tournament as a regular member ,but how if your the chipleader and its hurts

I had issues a couple of days ago during a crucial hand where I flopped a straight and pretty confident I would win the pot.....turn I was disconnected,I had half my stack in and obviously lost the hand. At least they are now quick to pause the whole tourney and not just leave a few players mopping up all the chips.
