Shouldn't be a problem that you're from Ukraine. Try it out, download and install from this link: http://www.pokerstars.com/sites/brm/ - create an account and see if there's a tournament ticket for you the day before the tournament starts
As for your age, you're 20 because you selected that you were born in 1988 when creating your account. Contact our support tomorrow (livechat if you like) and have them correct your birth date if you want it changed.
The normal download link is http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/download/?source=10111276 , so if you want to make sure I suggest you email pokerstars and ask them how to signup using the above link, when you can't access the .com address. But the link above should work for you - I hope
I made an pokerstars account through your link but my mobaccount was still pending for approval but my account is now approved. So makes it any differint that i signed allready up at pokerstars when my (mob)account was still pending for approval?

kingofmetal, Doesn't make any difference Everybody can signup using the link and play in the $3000 freeroll, whether or not they have a Mob account also.

No, we don't have access to any information about the players signed up. It's all handled by pokerstars system, so if you don't get the tournament ticket a few days before the freeroll, then: 1) You did not create your account through the specified link or 2) You already have an account, and they don't allow multiple accounts or 3) Something probably went wrong in the pokerstars system.
