DuckPoker closed my account without any explanation and I don't know why they do that. I played there with tournament money more than one year and they closed my account without any mail?! DO NOT PLAY at DuckPoker, you can just lose money there!!!
I stopped playing there atfer my 3rd withdrawal last year because I didn't feel safe building a bankroll on a site that doesn't have good customer support. I think they do that when you win a good amount of cash from freerolls but never prove your identity or deposit.
What I did is like 1 week before I wanted to do my first cashout, I deposited the minimum (10$), so I never had this problem. I cleared the bonus easily so that gave me an extra 10$. Their support not answering like 75% of my mails is what made me stop playing there.

I dont think you can do much about this. You can file a complain to the gambling authority, that they are operating with, but unless you have money in, it will be a waste of time. If that is the case then just forget and move on.

Well it is bound to happen with new site, for me new site less than 2 years or so you will always encounter those problems, they might have attracted a lot of bonus at the start but then there might have been an influx of withdrawals and they are having cashflow problems hence delay in payments and closing of accounts to not pay, anyway good luck but better stay away from them and all, cheers peace out sad you had to go through this!
I stopped playing there after the Leader board ended cashing out was a problem from there end as i made minimum deposit on debit visa card and Duck couldn't process a cash out back too my card had too create a virtual visa card got my after a two week's delay with too many fees and closed my account don't play on this site

...but in THIS poker site's case,...it seems you have to run and 'duck'...lol...

I think he is innocent until proven guilty, and since Duck did not gave him explanation nor have an active representative on this forum you shouldn't assume anything right of the bat.

There have been lots of similar problems with this site and I am surprised it has managed to survive. If they can't even be bothered to give you a reason then you are probably better to leave the site. Is there a max limit on time played without a deposit or a limit on tourney dollars used? That is all I can think of if you have done nothing wrong. All you can do is send them an email and ask.Good Luck.

Well, based on previous experiences of many of us I'd be really surprised if you would end up all happy and satisfied after withdrawing your BR from there - just read the review section here about them...
