When verifying the phone number when I got the call, it is not dictated by the code was a simple silence, and now I can not make another call request to hear that code. How can I be in this situation?

Yeah write to BRM support they will be helpful and you would be able to verify they have other means i think by which you can verify, like upload your identity card or sms message, not sure being a while i have been verified but i think i did it with the id one, it was quick painless lol, anyway hope you manage to verify and so all and if you are playing at the tables mate good luck have fun make some good money and let us know what happens!

i don't understand what the problem is- you need a code, someone calls you and all you hear is silence right, well then me ponders that the code can actually be the silence, or things can be trickier and the telephone call might be encrypted. in this case i don't know what to do, but i suggest doing something. hope that helps.
