WARNING ACTION POKER  0   
It is not safe to pay at action poker.I have made a deposit and did not get my money.I have conntact the support but they did nothing that i receive my money.They write everytime the same s**t.Be carefull. Thumbs Down Dollar

I hope you are very sure about this before posting a thread like that? I'm just waiting for my no deposit bonus at Action Poker so I hope i'll never have to deposit money there Smile

Maybe try to contact the support again?

Sorry that you had this problem, but I can assure you 150% that Action is a very safe site to play on.

nut fish I have to say that i also have a account at actionpoker and im very pleased, they are very helpful and even one of their poker managers phoned me at home and helped me to deposit with a very genorous offer im sure they sort the problem out

I contact paysafe where i made my deposit with and they told me that AP have received my money and that they have contacted AP more than 1 time and that they did not receive an answer from them.And when i received an answer from AP they always write s**t.Ihave to wait 1 hour to receive my money it was5 days ago and therestill is no money,then they old me how to make a deposit with paysafe card and i have made more than 100 deposits on other rooms since years.And they writeeverytime the same that is sick and not helpful it is very burdensome to talk to the AP support. Disagree

Okay nutfish, firstly I would like you to edit your first post saying that "the site is not safe to play on" and that "hey write everytime the same s**t.Be carefull".

So the problem is not our end it it is with you......


1. When you purchase a paysafe you for 25 euros there is no point entering the amount of $47 on the cashier as that is not correct, 25 euros works out to $35.

2. When attempt to make a deposit using paysafe card you need to put the pin number into the cashier, if you dont the deposit will fail.

To date we have not have a single dollar deposited from you, which means we have not kept any of your money, if you would like assistance using paysafe card let me know and I will get one of team to call you and help you out.

i do not deposit 25 euros that was 2 cards i have used 25 and 10 euros and i dont need help by making a deposit with paysafecard i use it for years at pokerstars partypoker cd poker and many other rooms it is not my problem it is yours and i do not delete my mail cause it is fact.PAYSAFE TOLD ME YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY MONEY AND I TRUST THEM.

I would have to agree with Shaun over nutfish. I bet the problem is on your end, why would a site want to steal $35 when they can make much more than that off of rake? They would not risk their reputation for a measly $35.....

I agree that it is frustrating when something does not work, but since Shaun is trying to help then you should work with him instead of working against him.

I don't know how the Action Poker support system works, but consider this:

Either,

1) If your mail gets to a new supporter each time, then you have invovled like 20 supporters in your case (or less, if the same one received the email more than once). Which is bad, and unnecessary.

2) If you're "on the same ticket" with all 20 mails, you might be getting back in the queue each time you send an email because you keep adding to the ticket - this is normal for many support programs.

3) As wayne_84 mentions, I don't think the owners of Action Poker is all like "yummy, let's steal $35 from this user and we can live happliy ever after" Blink I'm sure there's en explanation, but to me it sounds like you're locked onto whatever you believe is the cause.

I think they dont want to steal my money there must be an mistake somewhere that can happen,but when you write mail after mail and paysafe promise you that the pokerroom have received your money and nothing happens you are pissed of.And APtold me 5 days ago they have received the mail from paysafe and i onlyhave to wait 1 hour for my money .and 5 days later there still is no money you are really pissed of believe me.I spend nearly 8 hours only for mails AP and paysafe

I suggest calling Paysafe again, double check everything went through, if it did show some proof to Action Poker and they will deal with it. This may take more than a couple hours though, have patience.

Nutfish I have spoken to Paysafe direct this morning that is how I can post with with 100% fact we have not had $1from you, it is not in my interest to keep your money I want people to play.
