My accounts team where speaking to paysafe card a number of times yesterday again we had ther same answers, it is clear that there is problem i checked yesterday and we had 500 people use paysafe none failed, my accounts team will again be speaking to paysafe card today as it only 6.04am it will not be for a couple of hours, as soon as I have news I am will be happy to contact you via telephone, email or which ever method you prefer, again I am sorry that you have this problem and I hope to have more info soon.

Thats the reason why i am so pissed of use paysafe since years on other pokerrooms without any problems and 1 time at AP and it did not work.


And 18 hours ago i received a phonecall from 1 APsupporter who told me he call paysafe againand i have towait 12 hours for news,but i did not receive a mail or a call and you can see no one posts here,whats up with shaun?I thought he can fix everything but it seemed to be that he dont can fix everything.

I want to resolve it when i get my money back i also think that they dont do it for purpose,but i want my money and for me it was the last way to post here or go to my councelor,cause the support only send me mails how to use a paysafe card the first mail was i have to wait 1 hour for my money and then they told me they did not receive money from paysafe and paysafe told me they have spoken with AP and AP told them that they send me my money.LOL Question crazy but mistakes can happen when you send money over the hole world. Dollar Evil But i will believe in brian and i hope he can manage it,and we can forget this story.

What I can say for sure by now is that the paysafecards with the serial numbers you mentioned below have been debited (Action Poker received the money).
