A total change in the struggle for bwin.party. Now they want to accept the improved offer from GVC instead of the one from 8-8-8. 8-8-8 has already stopped all negotiations. Looks like a done deal, but it did that way before.

I have to say that this just doesn't surprise me in the slightest and to be honest I think these "negotiations" are probably making some astute shareholders and hedgefunds quite a lot of money. The share price of GVC and BWIN are constantly changing and nothing has even been decided.

Don't really care much who purchases party/b win as long as they don't do any changes that are for the worst. and hopefully they will add some interesting promotions that will attract more players to the site. since the party/bwin merger there seems to be less players.

The bottom line from a player perspective is as always, and correctly, what is good for the player. The only problem is there are so many players and that makes it difficult for the companies to please all of us all of the time, so they try and please themselves in the hope that some of us will be pleased!

I hope it collapses as both sites are scams and they always banned players ,bwin has always been a bad one and when party merge with them it was more of a hell of a site and you will continue to lose there as there are bad support the software is not that great and finally they sucks, anyway hope they do not merge, anyway we will have to accept the result at the end of the day as it is the board decision lol, peace out guys have fun!

Is anything going to happen with this merge/buyout. So far it looks like a game of manipulating stock prices I bet, that some have made good money from this story so far. Let me think how they call it..... Is the right term, inside trading?

Of cause a lot will happen. The buyer is only interested in the betting business. So i expect the poker and casino divisions to be put into their own company, and most likely been sold to a third company.

... < I just hope whomever takes bwin over is willing to invest some cash into either FIXING that glitch filled software,...or REPLACING it ALTOGETHER....
< It's a good site otherwise,...and has ALL KINDS of potential if they'd just FIX the damned thing..

oh those twists and turns... bwin.paarty deal had plenty of them, actually the only comparison in terms of twists and turns, ups and downs is the legendary poker pro victor blom... one can expect at least 69 twists and turns on his bankroll in any given day.
