Hey guys......I have recently been told by PP that some of my tickets are due to expire but I can't find the expiry dates anywhere.I have about $100 worth so I don't want to lose any if I can help it. I believe the DTD tickets last a year but I have had some regular PP tickets for a long time so need info on those please.

... < That's REALLY ambiguous when it comes to pp.... I've had ALL KINDS of tickets expire unused for just that reason...! When you check your ticket account on the web page,...all it says is whether your ticket(s) are active or expired..!
...The thing is,..in some cases by letting tickets expire,...valuable partypoints evaporate along with them. I've gotten lots of points from tickets I've won for free...!

You never know with PP if they decide that the promo is over one day then your tickets goes in the inactive and then you do not know if it will come back or not. And if you try to get some answer from customers services then good luck pretty hard to have answer from them.

not that this will help but if you go to my tickets page and click the filters button tick inactive and youll see what ones your missing but as for dates on tickets I don't think there is any way of finding out, they need a system like stars so at the least you get a chance to use them.....

KLASH, I had a similar, possibly the same email last week, even though I have never had such an email before and as others comment, there is generally no way of knowing when your tickets expire. Use them on the Pokerfest or DTD games and enjoy them!

Thanks guys .....I thought I was just being stupid in not finding an expiry date but obviously not as stupid as I thought Looks like I will just have to use them all and hope for a nice win.I do think the DTD ones have a year on them so I don't think these are at risk yet.

Someone wonders here if this whole thing has a purpose. And that is, players keep missing as many tournaments as they can like this. And if i remember right its not only the expiry. You lose the tickets, if a promotion ends, or a specific tournament gets cancelled. So better start playing with them having a shot for money. Good luck.

Hey mober.....yeah it does look something like that,I don't see any valid reason for them not to let us know when the tickets expire and I am fairly sure that before the new big software update we could see when tickets expired.I have lost many tickets though most have been low value but there is no way I am going to waste $5 and $10 tickets.

Yea better play these big one. Will be too much of a waste not playing with them. And since the tickets expire at some point eventually, they have a date attached to them, somewhere in the software So any excuses they give are failed ones.
