Several happy phone calls between a group of poker dealers were made early on Saturday morning when it became clear that they had won the state lottery jackpot of CAD$1 million (US$745,000).

That is definitely some good news for those guys!!I am not sure what 100,000 Canadian dollars equates to but I am sure it is a tidy amount.Lets hope they put it to good use and maybe use it for some games on the other side of the poker tables.

I would so love to win a jackpot of any kind just so I can know what its like to have money I probably wouldn't sleep for a few days if I won $60 million

yeah winning a small bit is better than not winning anything at all and all, anyway keep playing and one day who knows you might win the big jackpot and all, anyway peace out im going out as im tired and had just like 6 hours of sleep for like 2 days and my brain is not working and have to sleep and come back refresh tomorrow for work and all, anyway good luck have fun at the tables and rest as you cant play poker tired!

oh cool they won a million, wait they have to split it into 10 chunks, oh the agony.... at least they got 100k for their efforts, they can take a couple of year on vacation and then back to work i'm afraid. still great news, i imagine i wouldn't feel too disappointed after hearing that i've won 100k one day.

This group won the QUEBEC lottery,which was a prize of a million. The 60 million was one by a group of 12 co-workers at Canadian Black Book in Markham ONTARIO who won the lotto max. Which yeah, is worth 45 million US. They all said they are gonna keep working...The ticket was bought at at Petro Canada gas station in Brampton Ontario. And Carina Kingbury was not on the Ontario Prize winners list. FYI: Ontario and Quebec have their own seperate Provincial Lotteries and Lotto Max is available cross country.

I see that one Canadian dollar is worth about 50p so not too bad of a win for the dealers.....not an amount where you will be retiring any earlier but it could be put to some good use.....and that great charity called the KPF,(klash poker fund) is willing to take donations.

I imagine you would feel disappointed just by knowing this money is in the currency of canadian dollar. At least I would.

I hope you have the same sort of these guys and win this week at mobdraw , is not much more money I will make me very happy ... hoping luck knock on my door or rather the door open in mobcalendar ...
Even if they have to share the amount won, it's still a good one to start the poker pro career which I hope one of them would as a lot of poker superstars pro were dealer before... I mean being a dealer is a good way to learn the game and develop some reading the player abilities.
