Hi all, so far I have received bonus for PKRPoker via Bankrollmob. Thx
But I have connection problem by PKR. Four times in Sit'nGo tournament I lost connection and lost my money. No change to play for me... Also can't contact the support...browser load and load and load...

I havent heard for problems with games in pkr due to disconnections. All the problems players have are cause of the software that is too heavy. Can your computer handle their platform? Maybe its a problem from your side.

if its because you computer is not handling it you can play in 2d,it cuts out all the nonsense and plays realy well?? not sure if it helps but worth a shot...

also with PKR, if your having problems with regular PKR, you can change over to PKR lite. thats the one i play, cause this comp is very old and has issuses with their software.

Poker girl..... The advice from Crash is very sound advice. I rely solely on PKR Lute as my system just does not like the full PKR. In terms of player experience I don't think there is much in it. Give it a go and see what you think. Have fun at the tables.

i always scratch my head wondering why oh why pkr management try to get their clients into so much trouble when all they want to do is to pass over their hard earned cash over to pkr in the form of rake... why one has to go through water and fire and bullsh1t falling from the sky when one only wants to empty their wallet?

I have had similar problems in the past at PKR but it is usually when I am also playing at other sites and my computer starts to overheat,a shame as I quite like some of the games there.I have been there for a while but I think most players don't really care for all the avatar rubbish etc.

Try to get in touch with their support. It may be a problem from their side and you can get a compensation for the tournaments you were in. In the mean time, till you figure out what is going on, stop playing tournaments.

I have already contacted the support and we are working on the problem . there have occurred some oddities. they working on it . the support is very friendly and helpful , I am very satisfied . I hope the issue can be resolved soon . my bonus expires 31 days and it is difficult to achieve the bonus if I can not play...

If they still havent the problem, start asking for an extension for your bonus I bet they will honor your wish somehow, since they are so helpful as you say.
Good luck with your bonus, or should i say good luck with the software working right first
